BLMDcare is a professional bedside and home care service providing trained caregivers to support patients in hospitals or at home. We focus on safety, dignity, and compassionate care.

Is BLMDcare a hospital or clinic?

No. BLMDcare is not a hospital, clinic or emergency medical service. We provide non-emergency bedside and home care. Any clinical services are delivered by or solely under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals with guidelines only by the primary doctor of the patients.

What services do you offer?

Who are your caregivers?

All caregivers are carefully vetted, trained, and supervised nursing assistants. Where nursing or clinical care is required, services are provided by licensed personnel or under appropriate medical supervision.

Can caregivers administer medications?

Medication administration is only done by licensed nurses, caregivers or under proper clinical supervision. Caregivers may assist with reminders and monitoring as permitted.

Do you provide 24-hour or live-in care?

Yes. We offer overnight and live-in care options depending on patient needs and availability. A care assessment helps determine the most suitable plan.

How do I request care?

You can request care through our website by filling in the Request Care Assessment form, or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. We begin with a free assessment before care starts.

How soon can care start?

Care can often begin within 36–72 hours after assessment, depending on the type of care required and caregiver availability. Or 12 -24hrs for urgent bedside sitting.

What areas do you serve?

BLMDcare currently serves selected urban and peri-urban areas. Please contact us to confirm availability in your location.

Is BLMDcare affordable?

We offer flexible care plans and pricing options to suit different needs, including hourly, overnight, and live-in care. Pricing is discussed transparently during assessment.

How is patient privacy protected?

We take confidentiality seriously. All personal and medical information is handled securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

What happens in an emergency?

In case of an emergency, caregivers will follow agreed escalation protocols agreed upon and discussed with both the family and the primary doctor, contact the designated family member, and seek immediate medical assistance where necessary.

Can families customise a care plan?

Yes. Every care plan is personalised based on the patient’s needs, preferences, and clinical requirements.

Do you work with hospitals and doctors?

Yes. We collaborate closely with healthcare facilities and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care where appropriate.
