Rate:

K295 per shift
13hr full night time shift which includes:
  • Overnight Monitoring
  • Patient Turning/reposition
  • Night time feeding
  • Night time hygiene care (where needed)

Rate:

K397 per shift
Registered nurse and clinical care
  • Full clinical assessment
  • Deep wound care and dressing
  • Catheter care, feeding tube care
  • IV medicatoin administration and preparation (depending on the case)

Rate:

K445 per visit

WEEKLY HOME CARE PACKAGES

THE CORE PLAN THE ADVANCED PLAN THE ELITE PLAN

Ideal for: Basic day recovery/daily hospital bedside sitting

Day shift only (every day, 08hrs-17hrs)

1x dedicated bedside assistant

  • Hygiene and personal care
  • Minor wounds care
  • Mobility support
  • Feeding assistance
  • Companionship and mental stimulation
  • Medication reminders and non-IV administration
  • End-of-day summary report.

Weekly Investment:

(zonal transportation included)

Ideal for: complex home recovery (eg diabetic foot/ infection, post-stroke patient, bedridden patients, or complex wounds) and safety

24/7 schedule.

2x dedicated bedside assistants (rotating day/night shift)

  • All core plan services plus
  • 2 separate hour nurse visits (depending on management complexity)
  • 4-hourly vital signs monitoring
  • 2hr turning/repositioning (where necessary)
  • Diabetes care: Blood glucose monitoring (using the client's glucometer) and recording daily trends.
  • Wound care management
  • End-of-week medical audit: full physical assessment plus quality of care spot check
  • End of week pdf vitals report

  • Advanced Pain management and administration of controlled medication (only per primary doctor's prescription and guidelines with the full medication schedule)
  • Catheter care, PEG tube care (feeding tubes), tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy monitoring (oxygen tank currently not provided)
  • Direct liaison with the patient's primary doctor.
