We focus on print on demand, as well as design apparel, and have accessories that celebrate the medical journey. From sleepless nights on call to well-earned rest days. Our goal is simple: to make healthcare professionals and students feel seen, comfortable, and proud.

The Story

How It Started...

BLMD was born out of long nights and endless ward rounds. After realising how demanding the medical journey can be, we decided to create something that could bring a little light, comfort, time-saving convenience, and uniqueness to those walking the same path.

But why the name?

It was mostly inspired by an old French series called Lazy Lucy, where a little girl came up with many different inventions just so she could find the easiest way to do her chores.

In the same spirit, we want to ensure that our fellow healthcare personnel have the easiest and most convenient way to deal with the mundane side of health-related apparel shopping, so they have more time to focus on what truly matters in healthcare: the patients.

In the early days

We mainly dealt with print-on-demand, printing T-shirt designs and name tags, mostly for medical students, but we soon realised that we could do much more.

We also plan to expand our efforts to include donating scrubs and medical supplies where they are needed and to continue educating even those with no formal experience in healthcare.
